The Lime Tree Bower mini marimo terrarium orb giveaway has now ended. And I even though there were only a couple of entries, it made it especially difficult to choose a winner. Because this lil plant deserves to be on everyone’s desk. It keeps you company, it keeps you inspired and it’s a small, cute, green-thing that makes your space look that little bit warmer…
And did I mention it supposed to bring good luck? So far…rubbing my lotto tickets against the glass has only brought me small wins, but WINS nonetheless.
So without further ado…the WINNER of the Lime Tree Bower Giveaway is Adeline Lee!!
The idea of the marimo sitting in a stark white desk space with only itself bursting with colour is why a marimo has such a captivating presence. I think my lil guy does anyway!
But don’t despair, you too can own your very own mini marimo terrarium orb for $15, and you can save 10% off by using the special reader discount code: EVON10 at limetreebower.com
This is one of the items that Helen is able to send to Western Australia, unfortunately due to customs regulations, her succulent products are unable to be posted westward.
Thanks to everyone for playing , if you didn’t win there will be more chances to win in another giveaway – to be announced very soon!
Hey, hope you all had a rejuvenating weekend! I had the perfect weekend, as I got to witness my best friend walk down the aisle at our primary school church and get hitched. Then I spent the first days of school holidays with my kids by taking them to the park and had a play date at one of those play gyms. It was busy, my muscles ache from playing on the play equipment but loads of fun.
Sorry for the shameless plug for my organic bath and body biz, but I thought you guys might be interested to enter this competition as the prize is Easter inspired, smells delicious but does not go straight to your hips. I didn’t want any of you to miss out as there are only 4 days left to enter the SELF Organics Easter Giveaway. So you must hop to it!
The winner will receive one of the new hand poured soy wax candles ‘Self Determination’, it is a rich chocolate scented candle. The fragrance is a lovely warming scent for Autumn and it is indulgent without touching the lips! Packaged in a shiny travel tin and weighs 170gm, it has 20+ hours of burn time.
To enter, all you have to do is a couple of steps:
- Like the SELF Organics Facebook Page or be a follower of our Instagram account
- Like our ‘giveaway’ image
- Share or regram the image (hash tag – #selforganics and @selforganics for instagram users)
I’ll be selecting the winner based on all of the three criteria above and who ever writes the most creative comment. Please share away and you could be one of the first to try this gorgeous wood wicked candle. The special element of a wood wick candle is when it is burnt, it gives off a subtle wooden smell and produces a soothing crackling sound. Similar to that of a camp fire. Ahhh Winter here we come!
So good luck to everyone! Make sure you tell your family and friends to enter too.
And enjoy the short working week ahead!
For those who are learning about where I am from, I live in Perth, Western Australia. I really love this part of the world and how the city is building its buzz because of the people who come from far and wide to work and live here. There is just so much to see and do and there are lots of interesting little businesses starting up that is making life so much more easier for the rest of us.
One of many businesses in Perth would be Carlos Arevalo Photography, which is owned by my brother-in-law. He is offering workshops to individuals looking to improve their photography skills. I love photography but I am no means an expert at it. I really admire those who take the time to learn the ins and outs of their camera, and who spends the additional time editing to produce the perfect image. Capturing a moment in time is priceless, but it is even better when the photo is top ‘frame-able’ quality!
